Can shetland sheepdogs eat oreos with milk?

five days ago I gave my shetland sheepdog koree some oreos with milk and when we took him out to poop he had diarrha and my 12 year old brother had to pick it up and it sticked to the ground and we had to cover it with leafs.so never give dogs oreos with mik.
