Why wont the air from my central ac cool all of the house?

I live in a mobile home. We have central air. It comes out forcefully from the vent in living room closest to the unit(outside) but does not get diverted to the rest of the house like it should. Any suggestions? Cant afford to have a technician come out, by the way.
