3 bumps and I don't know what to do...?

I have 2 pea size and one dime size bumps in my armpit. They itch like crazy and have been there for over 2 weeks. I have looked online everywhere and nothing seems to be matching what I have. They are skin tone, nothing will come out of them, they ITCH, (Definitely not razor burn). I don't know what to do. I changed deodorants, razor head and it still hasn't cleared up. I am miserable. Almost 36 weeks pregnant.
