I need help potty training my new puppy!! Any tricks? She goes every 15-20min!!?

My new puppy is an Old English Sheepdog and she does go outside but she has accidents inside as well. We started crate training her and she only goes in the crate at night but not during the day. When she is out in the house....She can go outside and then pee in the house 15 minutes later. She isn't drinking too much or anything. Help I am at a loss!!
