How to divert call from blackberry bold 9000 to any other mobile number??FAST......REPLY PLZZZ?

i live in india i need to forward call ...fast plzz tell how whenever i click on forward all calls and typr the cell number it says number not set for all calls plz try again ..or whenever i select if busy,or not answering again same thing comes plzz tell hoe reply fastttttt
