Should I tell my former teacher about something that happened in junior high?

That would be nice to tell her, provided you don't cling to her or anything. I'm sure she would appreciate the fact that she helped you because this will let her know that whatever she did with you it is worthwhile continuing the same type of thing with other students who may have troubles.
