Will my dogs beard grow back?

Most likely not, i had my dog shaved about 2 months ago, we adopted him from the ASPCA and was very matted. He was shaved down short, including his face, legs tail an behind his ears and it has not grown back, i assume it will be the same for your dog too... i hate the way my dog looks now.
