How do i divert somebody's call to another phone?

Ok so ive got this really annoying kid who keeps phoning me up and hanging up and its REALLY annoying so i was wondering if it was possible to when this guy phones me he phones another number or it doesnt phone at all just so i dont have to pick it up even a mobile witch i dont use anymore ill just divert the call to that but i dont know how help?
