Would a old english sheepdog be ok in an apartment?

ok so im getting an apartment and i wanted to know if a old english sheepdog would be alright. please give reasons why or why not. i am fully capable of excercising it daily and there will be someone there to excercise and take it outside whenever necessary. this apartment is 2 bedroom
